This is a six week program set up to help build your muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning though a series of combined high intensity interval training, resistance training and core routines designed to get your body ready for a more regimented resistance training processes. This program is designed to assist clients take the next steps in their fitness journey without the required equipment of a gym while still being able to benefit with healthy gains, weight management and control, recovery and to establish a good mind muscle connection.
